Why can't I see the breakout sessions when I go to the breakout sessions page?
There are a couple reasons for that listed below:
- Majority of the time, the individual breakout session won't appear on screen until 30 minutes before their scheduled time. When they do appear, you should see a box with the name of the breakout session, the description of the breakout session, and the artwork for it.
- If the breakout sessions are happening right now and you don't see them on screen, there is a possibility that you can be limited to see certain breakout sessions by your ticket type. If the event you're attending has multiple ticket types you can register under (ex. Day-off attendee vs VIP attendee), the ticket types can restrict what breakout sessions you are allowed to enter/see.
