Where's my event link?

Event links are typically emailed out the week of the event, have you checked your spam?

*sometimes when you are using a work email, there's a "pre-spam" filter that doesn't even allow your invite to get through at all. In these cases you may need to provide a personal email to have a link sent to you.

Fill out a ticket at the bottom of this page and we'll get that invite to you just as soon as we can!

      Absolutely not! All you need is that initial link sent out to you, sessions or booths are set up that if you are presenting then the system will have a special exception to allow you to join in your own session/booth.

      In Hopin, after you click on the link in the invitation email, you will be directed to the home page of the event (Usually called "Reception" or "Lobby"). Once you're in, scroll down until you see "Schedule" in bold letters. Underneath, it will show ...

    • Having trouble sharing audio or video?

      Try switching to Google Chrome if that's not already your default browser, while other browser "may" work, most are not officially supported by the Hopin platform.
