I am having access issues and have tried everything!
There are a lot of different reasons you're unable to access something, you tried:
-Using Google Chrome?
-Turning off your firewall?-Are you using a VPN?
-Checking your internet?
-Rebooted the browser?
-Are you using an ethernet connection or wifi?
-Rebooted the computer?
When all these or more don't work, we usually suggest to try a different device or even different network if possible.

I'm attending and presenting, do I need a different link?
Absolutely not! All you need is that initial link sent out to you, sessions or booths are set up that if you are presenting then the system will have a special exception to allow you to join in your own session/booth.
How do I see the videos of an event I missed?
Not all events are recorded. Those that are will can be provided from the event coordinator.
